To cultivate the street dance culture in Gqeberha and further in the Eastern Cape through workshops, masterclasses, street battles and culture conversations.

Where is KDX based?
KDX is currently focused on growing Gqeberha and the broader Eastern Cape in a seasonal tour format.
When are your classes?
We host monthly events as part of the KDX Seasonal Tours, taking place at different venues at each stop. Scroll for our tour stops!

What styles do you teach?
KDX focuses on building street dance community in the Eastern Cape. Our styles at events are breaking, hip hop, waacking, popping, locking, house, street jazz, Krump, isipantsula, sbujwa and jazz.
What dance competitions do you host?
At our KDX events, we include one important element of street dance; battles, which include 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3. Different formats of battles can mean, all styles, specialised styles (hip hop only etc) and more!
Are you a dance crew?
KDX is a dance community for dancers from any studio, any crew, any city to learn and grow in dance and cultivate the street dance culture.
